The Final Dispatch
1910s
This
page is dedicated to the past members of Seattle's ILA Locals.
In 1909 the Longshore & Riggers Union became Seattle ILA Local 38-12. In
1916 the Dock Truckers and Warehousemen became ILA Local 38-22.
In 1937 these ILA Seattle Locals became ILWU Local 19 and Local 9
respectively. The Dock Truckers transferred over to Local 19 and Local 9
then became strictly a warehouse local.
