Jeffrey Charles Berry was born on November 22, 1960 in Seattle Washington to O.D. and Bernice Berry.
Jeffrey Graduated from Garfield High School in 1979. In his adult life Jeffrey served in the U.S. Army from July 12, 1979- April 21st 1982. Earning a Honorable Discharge. Jeffrey was a PFC. His specialty was an ADA short Range Gunnery Crew Man. He also, received an Army Service ribbon for Expert at Hand Grenade and Rifle. He was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas.
After the Army Jeffrey went to school to be a Videographer where he found a job filming Husky football games for the University of Washington. Jeffrey also worked at Associated Grocers. Jeffrey obtained his CDL and became a Long Haul Trucker traveling the United States. His last and final job was working for Longshore as an A- man.
Jeffrey found the love of his life Gennaive Vanshawn Grant. They were married in Seattle Washington on April 18th 2013. Jeffrey leaves behind his wife Gennaive. A daughter Brittney Felton, Sade Nechelle Hill and Marquin (Tank) Robinson. Jeffrey loved family. He leaves siblings Melvin Berry, Lavette Renee Scribner, Sharlesia Seck, Diane Berry-Hunter and Frank Berry. He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews Aunts and Uncles. We will miss him dearly.
Jeffrey was a caring Son, Husband, Brother, Uncle and Friend also known as the Prince in the Berry family. Jeffrey loved life, family, friends. He loved playing dominoes and eating good food. Jeffrey always had a smile on his face. He had a host of friends.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his Father O.D. and his mother Bernice, his brothers O.D. Jr and Jerry Berry.
He will be missed by all.
