Floyd C. Dugger was born January 2, 1938; Died on May 10, 2013. Survived by his sons Willijo, Tyrone and Floyd Jr. Dugger; grandchildren: Cynthia, Niome, Michael, Shanda, Jordan. Thanks to Greg, his caregiver. Predeceased by daughter Hellen; and brother Lloyd.

Veteran of the U.S. Navy and longtime ILWU Longshoreman of Seattle Local #19. Services will be held at the Chapel at Dayspring Fitch on Thursday May 16th at 3:00 p.m. A graveside service with military honors will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery on Friday, May 17 at 9:30 a.m.
