"Believe It Or Not" by Joe Toro
1969 - 1990

This is a collection of inserts from over twenty years of many situations and activities that surfaced through the eyes of Joe Toro. Many of these activities are true, although many names and places were changed to protect the guilty. This is just a small fraction of the many experiences I have had. I would like to thank all of the people that added much value to these stories and my life here on the waterfront. This was the best time of my life and was made possible by these many experiences. Thank you, Joe Toro.

As always you must remember these stories are all based on truth! Some names and places were changed to protect the "guilty." Since it was in fact difficult to believe some of the contents, I have chosen to call this book "Believe it or Not." You the reader must weigh the evidence and the integrity of the person or persons involved and ask yourself. Do I believe this or not!!??
